Cancellation Charges

For all reservations with an offer price: no refunds.

More than 31 days before arrival: 10 € management fees.
Less than 31 days before arrival: 30% of the total amount.

No Shows:

• Bookings from 1 till 3 days: 1 night.
• Bookings from 4 till 7 days: 2 nights.
• Bookings from 8 till 14 days: 3 nights.
• Bookings from 15 days or more: 4 nights.

Modifying Your Booking    In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
