Cancellation Charges

Last minute reduction or cancellation of booking made less than 4 days before arrival shall have a cancellation fee of equivalent to 1 night stay of the total rooms reserved.

If the guest fails to arrive on the expected date and no advice is received by the hotel, a No-Show Fee equivalent to 1 night stay based on the total number of rooms reserved shall be imposed.

Modifying Your Booking    In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
