Cancellation Charges

1.11.2009 - 21.12.2009; 7.4.2010 - 30.6.2010
1 Night charged if cancelled within 8 days.

6.1.2010 - 6.4.2010; 1.7.2010 - 31.8.2010; 1.9.2010 - 31.10.2010
2 Nights charge if cancelled within 22 days.

22.12.2009 - 5.1.2010
5 Nights charge if cancelled within 46 days.

No Show - Charge equal to the full lenght of stay.

Modifying Your Booking    In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
