From a table overlooking the resort out towards the Gulf of Thailand, you can experience modern Thai cuisine, a range of international and spa dishes that although delicious, are also carefully prepared to make them healthy too.

While you eat well, you can choose from eight different mineral waters, countless teas, juices freshly squeezed from Samui's abundant fruits, smoothies and over 50 different wines from the old and new world.
