Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation Charges

Any cancellation during 1 May 09 - 14 Jul 09 and 16 Sep 08 - 19 Dec 08 must be made 8 days in advance, otherwise 1 night will be charged.
No-Show on these periods is charged at 1 night charge.

Any cancellation durng 15 Jul 09 - 15 Sep 09 and 20 Dec 09 - 30 Apr 09 must be made 16 days in advance, otherwise 100% of actual confirmation will be charged.
No-Show on these periods is charged at 100% actual confirmation.

Any early check-out during 1 May 09 - 14 Jul 09 and 16 Sep 08 - 19 Dec 08 to be charged at the actual stay plus 1 night's room charge.
Any early check-out during 15 Jul 09 - 15 Sep 09 and 20 Dec 09 - 30 Apr 09 to be charged at the actual confirmation stay.

Modifying Your Booking   

In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
