Cancellation Charges for FIT

If cancelled 15 days or above prior to Check In date - No Charge
If cancelled between 8 to 15 days prior to Check In date - Charge 50%
If cancelled less than 8 days prior to Check In date - Charge 100%

Modifying Your Booking    In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
