Cancellation Charges

Individual Travellers (9 people and fewer), cancelling 3 days prior to the guest's arrival till 18.00 hours - no cancellation fee applies.
Later cancellation of the reservation or no-show will result in 100% cancellation fee, equivalent to the cost of accommodation for the first day of the client's stay.

Modifying Your Booking    In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
