Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation Charges

17.12.2009 - 9.1.2010; 7.2.2010 - 19.2.2010; 26.3.2010 - 11.4.2010

  • For cancellations made to 31 days before arrival, 100% of the total room nights shall be charged and no refund shall apply
  • For cancellations made 32 - 46 days before arrival, 50% of total room nights shall be charged
  • For cancellations made 47 - 61 days before arrival, 1 room night shall be charged

All Other Dates

  • Full payment is required 8 days before arrival
  • For cancellation made 9 - 16 days or later before arrival date, 1 room night shall be charged

Modifying Your Booking    In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
