Cancellation Charges

Cancellation conditions for individual travellers.

19.4.09 - 30.6.09; 16.9.09 - 31.10.09
If cancelled up to 72 hours to arrival - NO CHARGE
If cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival - charge 100% of the first night

All other dates
If cancelled up to 48 hours prior to arrival - NO CHARGE
If cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival - charge 100% of the first night

FIT no-show all seasons
Charge 100% of the first night

Modifying Your Booking    In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
