Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation Charges

Cancellation charges for 1-8 pax.

If cancelled 72 Hours before arrival - No cancellation charge will be applyed
If cancelled 72 - 48 Hours before arrival - 1 night cancellation fee for all booked rooms will apply
If cancelled later than 48 Hours before arrival - 100% charge for all booked services will apply

Modifying Your Booking    In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
