Cancellation Charges

1 - 5 rooms cancelled 8 days prior to the arrival (except 20 December - 30 April and 1 July - 30 September, 15 Days) - FREE OF CHARGE

If cancelled or changed the confirmed reservation after the minimum notice dated has validated, or should the group or client fail to arrive without the prior notice, the Hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee equivalent to 30% of total amount.

Modifying Your Booking    In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
