Cancellation Charges for FIT Bookings

Peak Season
If cancelled 22 days prior to arrival date - No Fee
Cancellation made less than 22 days prior to arrival date - 1 night charge
Cancellation made less than 14 days prior to arrival date - 2 night charge

High Season
If cancelled 15 days prior to arrival date - No Fee
Cancellation made less than 15 days prior to arrival date - 1 night charge
Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival date - 2 night charge

Low Season
If cancelled 7 days prior to arrival date - No Fee
Cancellation made less than 7 days prior to arrival date - 1 night charge

Modifying Your Booking    In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
