Cancellation Conditions

Non-Peak Periods    A cancellation penalty equivalent to one (1) night charge will be imposed for booking cancellations made between 7 - 4 days prior to guest’s arrival date. Cancellations made 3 days before arrival date will be charged in full.

Peak Periods    The hotel will charge in full any guaranteed/paid bookings in any event of cancellation.

Modifying Your Booking    In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
