We offer an extensive variety of cuisines to suit everyone's taste, excellent service and an idyllic ambience in choices of restaurant & bar.

                  

Chantara Restaurant : derives its name from “Chan” (moon) “ Tara” (water) and offers authentic Thai cuisine. With spectacular views over the bay and sea, Chantara offers an extensive variety of Thai cuisine to match individual dietary preferences, from tantalizing salads, seafood, poultry and pastas and unique Thai deserts. An extensive international wine list is available including Thai premium wines to compliment the cuisine.

                  

Mahkok Wine Bar : is located on a wonderful hill setting under a Mahkok tree with views to the swimming pool below and surrounding environs. A relaxed, setting offering International selection of wine, freshly brewed Coffee specialties, Herbal Teas, International beverages and wines together with light meals.

                  

By the Sea & Bar : is located along the waters edge and adjacent to the swimming pool. Open for lunch and dinner it is an ideal venue for al fresco dining or intimate dining under the Full Moon. Wok cooking, BBQ dishes with fresh fishes, Sushi & Sashimi, meats, skewered vegetables, crisp salads and vegetarian dishes with fresh coconuts and juices ensures a healthy feed.

An international selection of beverages and wines is available.

Fitness Center is home to the Health and Fitness component of the Resort Recreation.The fitness area comes with complete facility, full of light and open spaces. It also provides opportunities to develop cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility.

Cardiovascular amenities of the fitness center include treadmills, stair climbers or steppers, multi-gym machine, stationary cycles and elliptical trainers.

The resistance training amenities include a selection of free weight benches, a large selection of dumb bells from 2-120 pounds. Cardiovascular training, general conditioning, resistance training, and flexibility programs are offer free of charge exclusively to Santhiya's guests and members. Yoga & Muay Thai classes are offered strictly by reservation and at least on the maximum number of participants.
