Cancellation Charges

The following notification must be given
1-5 rooms: 4 days prior to arrival
6-15 rooms: 15 days prior to arrival
If the notification is given later than in mentioned dates above, a late cancellation fee equivalent to the rate for one night for each room will be applied.

Modifying Your Booking    In case you may need to modify your booking, you can do so at anytime at no cost prior to any period when applicable cancellation charges are imposed. 

Email us at bookings@artoftravel.eu quoting your current Voucher Number along with details your new request.  We will then provide you with a reconfirmation for the new booking request within 24 hrs along with all necessary details by return email.
