We would like to draw your attention to the following terms and conditions which covers the use of our website, Art of Travel services and products outlined herein as well as booking conditions.

Art of Travel s.r.o has its registered office at Anny Letenske 7, Prague 2, 120 00 Czech Republic. Art of Travel is also registered as Art of Travel Worldwide k.f.t. in Hungary, Art of Travel Co. (Thailand) Ltd. in Thailand, and Art of Travel (Philippines) Inc. in the Philippines.

For purposes of booking services within this website, your dealings are coursed directly to the Art of Travel s.r.o. head office registered in the Czech Republic.

You may however also feel free to contact our other offices for services you may require and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Through accessing our website and procuring the services and products we are delighted to offer, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

(1.) Use of our Website

The use of our website indicates your agreement to the conditions contained here in and acceptance of the clauses providing express consent to contract our services.

We appreciate that your use of the Art of Travel website will only be on the basis of legitimate enquiries or request for services and shall not be used for other purposes such as posting or disseminating any information which is or may be harmful, obscene, defamatory or otherwise illegal, or may cause an infringement of the rights of any other; make any other un-authorized, false or fraudulent booking; use any software, routine or device to interfere or attempt to interfere electronically or manually with the operation or functionality of this website including but not limited to uploading or making available files containing corrupt data or viruses via whatever means; deface, alter or interfere with the appearance and layout of this website or the underlying software code; take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on this website or related infrastructure.

The Art of Travel website was created with a vision to serve travel aficionados as well as to serve you, our partners and clients. Therefore,

As our esteemed partner or client, we have requested for you to fill in all your important contact details. We maintain that your contact details will be kept solely for the purpose of our partnership, close communication with you, and to be able to full your requests for our services. Your contact details will be kept confidential with us and will not be sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party whatsoever.

(3.) Booking & Payments

Hotel Accommodation Bookings

Generally, you will find an indication of whether a certain hotel you are booking is immediately available or on request. If it is immediately available, you will be asked to confirm your payment method i.e. by Credit card, Pay Pal, or for larger transactions, you may choose to be invoiced by us for payment by bank transfer to our account. Once payment is received, you will be notified of payment acceptance and an Art of Travel Voucher detailing the services ordered would be issued which constitutes our commitment and contract of service.

The voucher will be issued to you either via the system (if payment is made by credit card or Pay Pal on the spot) or by email (if payment is via bank transfer).

If accommodation is not immediately available in our system, we would kindly ask you to try another period or email us directly at bookings@artoftravel.eu so that we may discuss your requirements further.

Other Services

This include trips, tours, or transfers offered and/or reservations with airlines we represent who are featured in our site.

Once the ordered services are added to the cart and confirmed, you will be asked to confirm your payment method i.e. by Credit card, Pay Pal, or for larger transactions, you may choose to be invoiced by us for payment by bank transfer to our account. Once payment is received, you will be notified of payment acceptance and an Art of Travel Voucher detailing the services ordered would be issued which constitutes our commitment and contract of service.

The voucher will be issued to you either via the system (if payment is made by credit card or Pay Pal on the spot) or by email (if payment is via bank transfer).

If for some reason our system does not confirm our services on the spot, we would kindly ask you to email us directly at bookings@artoftravel.eu so that we may discuss your requirements further.

(4.) Cancellation Policy

As some hotels or service providers contracted impose cancellation conditions, Art of Travel likewise reserves the right to levy such cancellation charges as required from us by our partners. This may vary from case to case so we urge you to kindly contact us immediately at bookings@artoftravel.eu if for any reason, you may have to cancel your request quoting your voucher number.

No Show Or Early Departures

50% - 100% of the Total Amount will be charged depending on the respective hotel policy. Art of Travel reserves the right to add any other incidental or actual costs incurred from the Hotel as a result of the “No Show or Early Departure”.

No Show or Early Departure Conditions Apply for All Seasons and for All Booking Types (Web Bookings or On Request)

(5.) Refund Policy

In cases where you would need to cancel your travel plans which have already been paid for, Art of Travel reserves the right to impose the same refund policy subjected by our suppliers. Considered exceptions where Art of Travel shall on the other hand impose on its suppliers mandatory refunds in support of its clients will be reasons deemed fortuitous events which are beyond anyone’s control such as: war, threat of war, riots, civil disturbances, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, epidemics, health risks, technical problems with transport, including changes due to rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline or alteration of the airline or aircraft type for reasons beyond our control or that of our suppliers; closed or congested airports or ports, hurricanes and other actual or potential severe weather conditions, and any other similar events,.

Subject to the legitimate reasons stated for the refund request, Art of Travel will do its utmost to forward such requests to the corresponding partner supplier for processing and it will be up to the discretion of the supplier to grant such refunds.

Should refunds be awarded, the amount refunded will be minus any charges incurred upon receipt of payment such as credit card transaction fees or bank transfer fees imposed by the said financial institutions.

(6.) Disclaimer

1. Art of Travel disclaims all warranties, to the maximum extent permitted by law, whether express or implied in relation to the information contained herein. In no event therefore that Art of Travel shall be deemed liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential losses or damages whatsoever, arising out the use of this website or any information contained in it or the inability to access to, including loss of profit and the like.
2. We shall furthermore not be liable for any losses or damages whatsoever, whether contracted as a result of usage of this website or from any interruption or delay in accessing this website.
3. The information on the hotels and other services provided by Art of Travel is as accurate as possible as all information herein are provided by our partner suppliers. Therefore, Art of Travel shall not in any way be deemed liable for any inaccuracies in the information if shown to be different from that provided by the service supplier.
4. The Hotels, Airlines, and Destination Management Companies and other service providers we represent are independent businesses. Therefore, Art of Travel and its affiliate companies are not liable for any acts, omissions, breaches or negligence of any such suppliers or any damages or expenses resulting from the aforesaid. Art of Travel and its affiliates are not liable for any refunds in the event of overbooking or force majeure or any other cause beyond its control.
5. The information on this site is posted in good faith. However, Art of Travel cannot guarantee that it is completely free from any inaccuracies and typing errors. We herewith do not accept any liability for errors or omissions herein.

(7.) Trademarks & Ownership

The Art of Travel website displays its own logo and trademark registered in the Czech Republic & other countries as well as trademarks, brands, and company names which are proprietary to their respective owners. Unless written permission is granted, use of these marks shall not be permitted.

We would be delighted to partner and link with other websites which we deem appropriate and in keeping with our vision to reach the far corners of the world in order to be of service. However, we kindly request your written request to be sent to us in order to facilitate this.

On the other hand, since the Art of Travel website contain links with other external web sites, we herewith state that we are not responsible for the content of such websites although we will do our utmost to link with only appropriate partners as stated.
