Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven and Summer Palace – Full Day (duration 8 hours)
- Your tour guide will pick you up at your hotel lobby around 7:30 to 8:00 AM. After 30 minutes driving, you will visit the Forbidden City, which is the best preserved imperial palace in China and the largest ancient palatial structure in the world. The splendid architecture of the Forbidden City represents the essence and culmination of traditional Chinese architectural accomplishment. (Sightseeing for about 2 hours) Then you will go to a pearl factory to find some souvenirs. (About 30 minutes) Around 12 to 1pm, it is lunch time.
- Temple of Heaven is the first stop in the afternoon. It is spectacular temple that the Emperors visited during the Ming and Qing dynasties to pray for a good harvest. Because of the Temples beauty, many locals still visit and use the site to exercise. (Sightseeing for about 1 hour) It will take 40 minutes to Summer Palace, which is your last stop. It is another breathtaking area that will be seen. Entering into the gates of the Summer Palace is like stepping into another world. The grandeur and beauty of the Palace is overwhelming and is sure to impress anyone. (Sightseeing for about 1.5 hours) Around 6 PM, your tour guide will drop you off at your hotel lobby.
