In the shadow of the towering Alps, Cervinia draws its inspiration from the past glories of the mountaineers who scaled the legendary Matterhorn, and forms part of a magnificent panorama.
Family Resort welcoming children of all ages, with children's club facilities from 2 years old.
*Children under 3 who are not yet potty-trained must wear a disposable swim nappy in the swimming pool.
While the Club Med Resort breathes the pure air of the peaks at 2,050 metres (6,725 ft), the hotel - with its original decor and authentic materials - is a luxurious mountain refuge and provides a cosy, convivial setting for relaxing at the Club Med Spa* by DECLÉOR and meeting up with the rest of the family.
The view from the Resort's sun-kissed terrace stretches as far as Switzerland.
Non smoking resort
The indoor areas and rooms are non-smoking areas (electronic cigarettes are included in the no-smoking rule).

Between Mont Cervino and its mountain chain, pine trees are the vegetation typical of this altitude.
Accommodation
The Resort has two hotels connected by an indoor walkway: the Cristallo (4 floors) and the Cristallino (3 floors) 50 yards away. The two hotels have a total of 199 rooms, all beautifully redecorated.
Deluxe
A spacious Deluxe Room offering generous comfort in an elegant atmosphere. 
These rooms are located on all floors of the Cristallino.

The Cervino
Awarded "Table Coup de Coeur" status.
In the Cristallo, this restaurant with its original décor is a great venue for all your meals, and moments of relaxation with family or friends. International cuisine and Italian specialities served from the buffet. Panoramic view over the Matterhorn Valley.
Parents can use the Baby corner to prepare meals for their little ones.
Tables for 2 to 8 people, equipped with high chairs for babies.
Mountain restaurants
You can choose from a selection of 2 or 3 mountain restaurants (depending on the period), to make the most of your day's skiing.
Ideally located by the ski runs on the Italian ski area, it is open for lunch from Monday to Friday only.
Bars
Available all day and evening (during bar opening hours) in all the bars in the Resort (including the nightclub).

Sweet and savoury snacks

Main bar
This huge bar, in the heart of the Resort, with rural-style decor, for quality moments for the whole family in the day or evening.

This Club Med Resort will fulfill everyone's holiday desires. Children and adults alike can pick and mix activities to create the perfect combination between sports, relaxation, partying, fitness and discovery.
Cervinia-Zermatt - Valtournenche
Between 3 900 and 1 524 m. The hotel is 800 metres from the chair lifts (around 3 minutes by bus). 62 ski lifts; snowpark, 13 km of cross country ski runs.
360 km of ski runs:
- 27 black
- 30 red
- 73 blue
The resort is equipped with a "hands free" ski pass system ensuring greater fluidity for skiers (you may be required to pay a deposit to ensure that skiers return their card at the end of their stay).
We strongly recommend you wear a helmet. Helmets are compulsory for off piste skiing. (Youngsters up to 18 years old are required to wear a helmet at all times. For chidren up to 11 years old, a helmet is included in the Club Med ski/snowboard equipment rental package.) Otherwise, they can be rented on site at the Club Med Ski Service®, prices available on site.
Alpine skiing - Included in your package
850 yards from the ski lifts (shuttle service). All the sensations of the ski slopes, at your own pace.
Professional ski instructors, who are perfectly familiar with the ski domain, will guide you over the slopes best suited to your level of skill, to ensure you progress safely but surely in the best possible conditions, in small groups of around 12 people.
A test on the first morning will determine your level, and the right class for you:
- Beginners: this is your first experience of Alpine skiing
- Class 1: you can control your speed, and are at ease on blue runs
- Class 2: you can negotiate red runs at a reasonable speed
- Class 3: you are at ease on all runs
- Expert: you are at ease on all types of terrain and snow
Top quality equipment* and the Ski Service®*. Italian law requires under-18 year olds to wear a helmet. (helmets available at the Ski Service).

Club Med Spa by DECLÉOR, the precious power of 100% natural and 100% active essential oils, for a new art of wellness and beauty.
The Spa is ideally located in the heart of the hotel, on the lower level, by the pool.

All our treatment programmes are organised around a theme.
Organise your Spa sessions:
- Sign up for your Spa packages when you book your holiday, so that you can choose your timing in advance: in the daytime, before 5 pm (your session will end at 5 pm), or in the early evening, from 5 pm. Your choice of timing will be the same for every day of your Spa treatments. When you book your holiday, and purchase your Spa package, you are guaranteed of doing the treatments of your choice, but the precise time of your appointments will be fixed with the Spa hostesses when you arrive. You should consequently go to the Spa reception at the start of your holiday in order to finalise your Spa schedule.
- The majority of our Spa packages are designed for men and women (expectant mothers or mothers with a baby less than 3 months old or who are breast feeding are not advised to take Spa treatments). If in doubt, please consult us.
- You will be asked to complete a confidential questionnaire before doing your Spa treatments or package, in order to ensure that you are apt to receive your chosen treatment.
- A Spa package is not transferable, and must be done by the person who purchased it. The treatments may not be modified or replaced by the client.
- Treatments (à la carte or as part of a Spa package) cancelled during the client’s stay without a medical justification, and changes in timing made less than 24 hours in advance, cannot be taken into account; the said treatments may not be replaced or refunded.
- For your safety, you must wear anti-slip sandals in the Spa. A pair of anti-slip sandal is included in the purchase of our 1 to 6 day Spa packages.
- Club Med reserves the right to change, cancel or postpone its Spa programmes.

The term "massage" implies a superficial manipulation of the face or body, solely for aesthetic purposes, sometimes to ensure good penetration of a cosmetic product, or for comfort. The massage referred to is an external massage of the skin, with no medical or therapeutic aim. It may be done manually or with mechanical aids, exclusively by qualified, trained professionals.

With the benefit of over 40 years’ Club Med experience behind it, our Resort provides innovative clubs for children and teenagers:

- Numerous activities for all ages: sport, creative activities and games for the different age groups
- Opening hours that allow parents to make the most of their stay, and respect the children’s desires and sleeping patterns
For information: the children’s clubs are open all week, except Sunday.
*In France, G.O®s with a BAFA (State diploma for youth group leaders) or childcare qualification, depending on the age of the children; in other countries, an equivalent local diploma or relevant experience.
Petit Club Med® (2 to 3)

Fun and spacious premises with plenty of outdoor space. Your toddlers will have a great time with their friends, and explore a wide range of activities designed to introduce them to new experiences:

- Making things: painting, collage, coloured stickers, herbariums
- Expression: dressing up, make up, fashion shows, listening to music, puppets

We've thought of everything possible to ensure your children have a unique, adventure-packed holiday, with discovery, sports and activities for each age group:

Getting to the Resort:
For customers who have not purchased the Transport package. You can book transfer to the Resort, at extra cost:
We come and pick you up at the airport or railway station on arrival, and take you to the Resort.
At the end of your holiday we take you back to the airport or station. Reserve with main holiday booking, subject to availability and terms of sale.
