Hotel Beranek is located in the downtown of Prague, only 8 minutes’ walk from Wenceslas Square. In front of the hotel building there is also the metro station I.P. Pavlova (line C) and tram stops with connections to all outlying areas. Built just before World War I by Mr. Josef Beranek, the hotel mainly served American guests during the First Republic and made it through World War II with parties for German officers, the hotel was also not able to avoid Communist nationalization. Today the hotel offers accommodation in 80 comfortable rooms and one luxury suite with stunning views of the Tyl Square. The hotel also offers 2 air-conditioned conference rooms equipped with audio -visual equipment and WI-FI internet connection.
Accommodation
All of the hotel’s comfortable single, double and triple rooms have individually controlled air conditioning and are equipped with free high speed Internet / Wi-Fi, a satellite TV, a telephone, a fridge, a minibar, a safe and a hairdryer. All the rooms have a private bath with a shower or a bathtub. One room is specially equipped for physically disabled persons and have a shower stall for a wheelchair.

It is also possible to order half board or full board in cooperation with partner restaurants and catering companies. Conferences - The Hotel Beránek offers the rental of two air-conditioned conference halls equipped with audiovisual technologies, free high speed internet connection and Wi-Fi coverage. Measuring in total 94 m2, Karel and Václav Conference Halls are the perfect place to hold conferences and banquets right in the downtown of Prague. The hotel also offers Tyl Suite of 40 m2 with a capacity for approx. 12 people. This Suite with an exclusive view of Tyl Square is the perfect place to hold smaller meetings and negotiations. The services provided for conferences include complete catering according to the customer’s wishes.
