Evening Cruise with Dinner and Sightseeing Tour
- This tour will make your evening special. The bus will take you to the restaurant tour boat. During a short drive through Prague by an air-conditioned bus you will see the most beautiful places of the Old Town, the Jewish Quarter and the New Town. On the boat during three-hour-cruise you can enjoy tasty dinner and live music. The tour guide will be available the whole time to provide information about the beautifully illuminated monuments on both banks of the Vltava River as you pass them by. Of course, there is a bar with a wide assortment of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages (not included) and pleasant serving staff for you on call.
Morning at leisure for individual activities
- Tip: get a glimpse of the main sights of Prague. No matter what Prague Quarter you select: Old Town, New Town, Lesser Town or the Castle Town, you will be enchanted by this charming City of a Hundred Spires. You may wander narrow winding cobble streets of the Old Town, sit for a moment in a café and enjoy Prague’s magical atmosphere or go to the Wenceslas Square and enjoy the countless shops and restaurants.
Tour of Prague Castle including the interiors (join-in tour)
- You will visit Prague Castle, the former seat of the Czech Kings and Holy Roman Emperors and since 1918 the residence of the President of the Czech Republic. You will visit the St. Vitus Cathedral, the old Royal Palace with the Vladislav Hall, the Roman Basilica of St. George and the Golden Lane, the former home to Franz Kafka and the place, where, according to a legend, alchemists from the Middle Ages tried to create gold and the Philosopher's Stone for the Emperor Rudolph II. Then a walk through the St. Wenceslas' vineyards will follow, heading down to the metro station Malostranska (line A), next to Charles Bridge, where the tour ends.
Visit to Karlstejn Castle
- At Karlstein, Charles IV fully developed in architectural forms the whole complicated system of his world outlooks and ideas on state, the ideology of the monarchal powers of the Czech king and his imperial dignity. His richly developed mystic thinking and feeling, his allegorical fantasy and the high demands he placed on culture predetermined the building program of the castle. The foundation stone of Karlstein was laid in 1348 and the main building works lasted to 1356, the year of Charles’ coronation as emperor. Charles IV devoted care to the rich interior decoration of the castle until the time of his death in 1378. After the tour you will have some time to walk around to explore the local shops for an hour.
Český Krumlov (join-in tour)
- Český Krumlov, a medieval town in South Bohemia, has retained its almost fairytale-like atmosphere to the present days and deserves its being on the UNESCO list of cultural heritage sites. You will enjoy a walk with the tour guide through the historical center of the town and its narrow, winding streets and lanes full of gothic, renaissance, and baroque buildings from the times of the Rožmberk, Eggenberg and Schwarzenberg noble families. After a walk you will enjoy the lunch in one of cozy local restaurants. Then you will visit the local castle, the second biggest Czech castle, full of historical furniture, artwork, tapestries and exquisitely adorned weapons, with the world’s oldest preserved baroque theatre.
Tips for individual activities
- You may visit a cultural performance, a concert of classical music or choose one of the many museums in town.
